Can you ship chocolate during warm weather ?

We ship all around the year using our special summer packaging. Our summer packaging guarantees that your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition anywhere in the world. Insulated containers and refrigerant packs maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 67°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature. You do not have to worry about the local temperature; you can let us do the work

Can you hold my order for a future date?

Yes, we can hold your order for a future delivery date. During Checkout, after you select the method of shipping, you may specify a future arrival date. Please note the following:
If you need your gift to arrive ON a specific date, you need to make sure that it will take 24 hours to reach any place in Northern India and 48 Hours for other covered regions provided order is timely placed and shipped the same day.
Consignments for Northern Region are not Shipped on Saturday.
Consignments for other than Northern Zone (Areas where delivery will take 48 hours) are are dispatched on all days except Friday.
No Deliveries are made on Sunday.

Does your chocolate contain dairy products and nuts?

ALL of our dark, milk, and white chocolate may contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
ALL of our products including solid chocolate pieces may contain nuts and/or peanuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products

How do I make a payment for a Chocholik purchase?

Chocholik offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Cards (including American Express cards) & Debit Cards (including Maestro cards), Net Banking (covering 44 banks), E-Gift Voucher, Cash-on-Delivery and Chocholik Wallet. Chocholik and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Chocholik. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back after confirmation from the bank. It will take about 7-10 business days for the refund. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number, or send an email to cs@chocholik.com for any clarifications.

Is it necessary to have a Chocholik account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have a Chocholik account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hours or as soon as your payment gets approved.
We have the maximum Delivery Coverage and orders are delivered within 1-4 working days.
If you need your gift to arrive ON a specific date, you need to make sure that it will take minimum 1-2 working days to reach any place in Northern India and minimum 2-4 working days for other covered regions provided order is timely placed and shipped the same day. Please do not make any morning or night time commitments.
Chocholik, in conjunction with our courier providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
No Deliveries are made on Sunday.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

An order receipt will be sent to your email address immediately after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, order total, and optional gift message within two hours of placing your order. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact Customer Care.
